Mardaani Opened with very slow start but still higher than queen which had an opening of 1.94 crore.

Mardaani is the highest opener amongst women centric movies opening better than Queen , English Vinglish , Dedh Ishqiya, Gulaab Gang, Highway and Kahaani mostly due to better promotions.

Mardaani opening is also higher than Kahaani

In the end Mardaani did good business in multiplexes but not so well in single screens

Mardaani will still depend completely on word of mouth to see where it ends on.

Mardaani has lower budget than Queen but queen had exceptional trending.

Budget: 14 Crore ( including promotion and advertising cost)
